INFITECH Ventures Inc. was
incorporated on October 24, 2000 under the laws of the State of
Nevada. The Company was formed in order to seek business
opportunities in the hydrocarbon remediation and water and
wastewater treatment area. The Company owns the worldwide
intellectual property rights and sole distribution rights for a
patented hydrocarbon technology (Canadian Patent CA 2314066) used
to control, clean, and remediate oil leakage and other forms on
pollution on land and water. Furthermore, the Company has
identified three technologies which it intends to focus on in the
field of water and wastewater treatment. The specific technologies
are membrane filtration, ultraviolet disinfection and sequencing
batch reactors. The Company will also investigate other applicable
technologies to service the needs of its customers.
The Company plans to develop a
business for its WAX technology and potential acquire product
lines fro specific wastewater technologies through license
agreements and marketing arrangements with established suppliers.
Thus far, the Company is in its developmental stage and its
activities to date have been restricted to raising initial capital
for general corporate purposes and developing its business
strategy.
